The Encino estate where Selena Gomez filmed her cooking show — a mansion Tom Petty famously rebuilt to replace his home lost to an arsonist — is on the market for $6.495 million.

Set at the end of a gated driveway on a nearly 1-acre lot, the 11,483-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Fans of the HBO Max series “Selena + Chef” will recognize the kitchen as the backdrop for Gomez’ earlier culinary adventures.

While her name doesn’t appear on the deed seen at PropertyShark, a private trust managed by her then-manager bought the home for $4.895 million in March 2020.

Petty custom-built the home in 1989 after an arson fire destroyed the original structure, sparing only the basement recording studio.

That basement now houses a wine cellar, a gym, a massage room, a workspace and a “glam room,” according to the listing.

An airy living room with a two-story fireplace, a formal dining room, a family room and the kitchen, which boasts a large marble-topped island and a professional-grade range set within a white brick alcove, occupy the entry level.

Of the six bedrooms, two are primary suites.

The park-like grounds feature a cascading waterfall and stream that flow into the pool and spa. A cabana with a bar, a fire pit and space for al fresco dining complete the outdoor amenities.

Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing.

Records show the previous owner was Randy Spendlove, a Grammy-winning music producer, who bought the home for $4.485 million in October 2018 after an extensive overhaul.
